When permutations are enabled at the pattern level, the wordlists generated will include all possible orders/arrangements of elements.
You can use Groups for more control over what gets affected by permutations (For more info on groups, check the next section of this guide)
When an element is set as Optional, the generated wordlist will contain words with and without that element.
